Avocado oil for skin care

  • Avocado oil can be used in the kitchen as in cosmetics for skin care and hair. Avocado oil contains vitamin E, which gives a good complexion.

    The virtues of avocado oil for skin:

    -Soothes and softens the skin.
    -Contains omega-3.
    -It is as good as a massage oil.
    -Avocado oil contains vitamins A, D and E and soothes the skin, but it is especially good for dry skin and acts against aging skin.
    -This oil is rich in phytosterols, and studies show that phytosterols reduce the appearance of age spots and make the skin soft.
    -Avocado oil is excellent for dry and irritated skin.
    -It also increases collagen production and prevents skin aging.

    -Avocado oil is very good for healing and calming diaper rashes.
    -Avocado oil is good for scaly skin and dry scalp treatment.
    -Avocado oil is good for skin care, it penetrates deeply and helps to keep the skin well hydrated.
    -It is also very useful for treating eczema and solar keratosis (damage due to sun exposure).
    -Avocado oil helps heal skin burns or wounds faster.

    How to use avocado oil for skin care?

    -To hydrate the skin: Massage your face with the inside of the skin of a lawyer or with avocado oil and leave on face for 15 minutes. You can leave the oil on the face at night and wash your face in the morning.

    Recipe for a soothing bath oil-based lawyer:

    - In a saucepan, heat 473 ml of avocado oil with 237 ml of sweet almond oil.

    - Remove from heat and add 2 bags of green tea.

    - Remove the tea bags when the solution is cold. And to add 2 drops of rose oil, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 4 drops of ylang-ylang and 8 drops of chamomile oil.

    - Keep the solution in a vial for 24 hours, the time that the oils blend well together.

    - Add 59 ml of this mixture of oil and water in your bath.
